These are the terms and conditions concerning the Delivery and Shipping Policy of ALISAHNE E-commerce. ("ALISAHNE" and these terms and conditions on Delivery and Shipping Policy: the "Conditions"). You are responsible for the accuracy of the details provided by you. You will find the full contact details of ALISAHNE in paragraph 1.1.
ALISAHNE will use the details provided by you only in the manner indicated in the Privacy Statement & Data Protection on ALISAHNE website and paragraph 3.2.
1.1 Offer and Agreement
When you order to purchase, a product, or any amount of products, via the webstore of ALISAHNE, you enter into an order agreement with ALISAHNE. The sale agreement commences when ALISAHNE has sent a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address specified by you.

All orders are processed within 1-2 days. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday.
In case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.
Any agreement arising from an offer, which contains an obvious mistake and/or error, such as an unusually low price, is not binding upon ALISAHNE. Please contact ALISAHNE when you doubt the validity of an offer. ALISAHNE has the right to revoke or deny any sales offer.
1.2 Price and Payment
The price quoted in the webstore when you place an order is the total price including all taxes and, if applicable, delivery charges.

1.3 Order Processing and Delivery
ALISAHNE aims to process and deliver your order as smoothly and quickly as possible.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by you and via the means of delivery chosen by you. ALISAHNE takes great care to ensure that products are shipped accurately, in good condition and in full. Should you unexpectedly receive incomplete or damaged products, please contact ALISAHNE. ALISAHNE is not responsible for any damages to the products that occur during shipping.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel by clicking on the respective courier website.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. We recommend providing a business address where possible, or an address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm.
Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies. Orders to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies may be subject to cancellation.
1.3.1 Delivery within Greece & Cyprus
For orders within Greece and Cyprus there is a FREE STANDARD DELIVERY option within 2 to 4 days from the day of your purchase.
Ownership of the ordered products passes on to you as soon as ALISAHNE has received your order and full payment and posts the products.
1.3.2 Delivery within European Union
For orders within European Union there is a STANDARD DELIVERY (via Hellenic Post) within 5 to 7 working days from the day of your purchase and the cost will be shown during your check out.
You can also ask for an EXPRESS DELIVERY (via TNT Courier), which is estimated to arrive within 2-4 working days after you place your order. Costs will be calculated depending on your destination and will be shown during your check out.

1.3.3 Delivery outside European Union
If the delivery address is located outside the European Union, it is possible that the country in question charges additional levies, such as import tax. ALISAHNE has no influence or control over such levies and can therefore not provide you with further information. You must check yourself if the ordered articles can be exported and imported to the country in question and what the costs are, before placing such an order.
For orders outside European Union there is a STANDARD DELIVERY (via Hellenic Post) within 7 to 10 working days from the day of your purchase and the cost will be shown during your check out.
You can also ask for an EXPRESS DELIVERY (via TNT Courier), which is estimated to arrive within 4-7 working days after you place your order. Costs will be calculated depending on your destination and will be shown during your check out.
1.4 Quality
ALISAHNE aims to display products on its website as fully and accurately as possible. The nature of the offered products may result in differences (such as color differences) between the display of products on the website and the product delivered to you (due to photography / monitor display or other technical reasons).
All the products in the ALISAHNE collection meet the highest quality standards. However, we expressly point out that these products are designed with an aesthetic point of view, and may not comply with customers’ expectations of optimum lifespan, practical usefulness or ease of use.
The products on offer in the webstore, such as garments and accessories, are naturally subject to wear, taking into consideration the complexity of certain designs and the diversity of materials used. The products of ALISAHNE are made from the materials listed in the webstore. For optimum lifespan and quality, it is important, where necessary, to follow the washing instructions.
1.5 Changes to these Conditions
If ALISAHNE decides to change these Conditions, it will publish the changed Conditions on its website. You are advised to check on a regular basis if the Conditions have changed. Any changes do not apply to orders that were placed before the date of change. These Conditions were last changed on April 2018.
