Exchanges & Returns

These are the terms and conditions concerning the Exchanges & Returns Policy of ALISAHNE E-commerce. ("ALISAHNE" and these terms and conditions on Exchanges & Returns Policy: the "Conditions"). These Conditions apply to all orders placed by you with ALISAHNE via its webstore (www.alisahne.com) or otherwise outside a physical retail space. By placing an order, you agree to the applicability of these Conditions on the agreement between you and ALISAHNE.

These Conditions set out the rights and obligations of the parties that apply to your order of products via the webstore of ALISAHNE. It is therefore important that you take the time to read these Conditions carefully. ALISAHNE recommends storing these Conditions on your computer and/or printing them for your records.

To enable the smooth and timely execution of the agreement by ALISAHNE, it is important that you correctly and completely provide your name, your e-mail address and the delivery address as per the instructions. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details provided by you. You will find the full contact details of ALISAHNE in paragraph 1.1.

ALISAHNE will use the details provided by you only in the manner indicated in the Privacy Statement & Data Protection on ALISAHNE website and paragraph 3.2.

2.1 Offer and Agreement

You have the right to terminate the agreement within 7 working days after receipt of all the products in your order, without giving any reasons for doing so. You may use your right to terminate the agreement by sending us the completed return form. You may also inform us in any other unambiguous way that you wish to terminate the agreement (for example by e-mail or post) as long as you act in the requested time period of 7 working days.

If you choose to terminate the agreement as far as a particular product is concerned, you are required to return this product as soon as possible, but no later than 7 working days after receipt of your order to the address of ALISAHNE, as stated above in the beginning of the Exchanges and Returns section. All costs of the return shipment of the product to ALISAHNE are solely upon you, the returner of the goods. ALISAHNE will not accept returns if postal/shipping costs are not covered.

In case of termination, ALISAHNE refunds the amount paid for the product in question immediately; in any case no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice that you wish to terminate the agreement, but not before ALISAHNE has received the returned product in question. ALISAHNE does not cover the postal costs of the returned product.

By any means you can try the product for fit, but further use of the product, such as wearing it in a public space or any other actual use, affects your termination right, for health, hygiene and wear reasons. Therefore, your termination right does not apply to products that are not suitable for return/exchange.

You may not return/exchange a product that you have damaged, has been washed, the labels, tags or hygienic protection strip have been removed, a product is incomplete or a product contains other signs of wear, which show that you have used the product more extensively than permitted. In any such case, ALISAHNE will not accept your return and will not refund your money.

Products that are purchased with a discount/gift voucher (ALISAHNE codes) and returned as per above, do not reinstate the voucher which cannot be used again.

The above conditions apply to all shipments, regardless of buyer’s region.

2.2 Return/Exchange Steps

All deliveries come with an Online Store Returns Form. This must be completed and sent to us with your return.

To organize a return:

1. Enclose inside secure packaging :

– The completed Returns Form.
– Your Invoice (included in your delivery).
– The item(s) for return, including packaging (ALISAHNE pouch).
2. Arrange a collection online or via telephone, refer to the Courier Company of your preference and give the following Company details.

3. Review your details, select a convenient date and time for collection and arrange the pickup.

4. Once you deliver the package to the Courier company, send us an e-mail with the waybill number (voucher number) located on the receipt.

Make sure you select a trustworthy Courier company. ALISAHNE is not responsible for any damage/loss/delay caused by your Courier preference.

Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.

To organize an exchange:

Send to ALISAHNE the item(s) you wish to exchange after completing the Online Store Returns Form. Follow the steps (1 to 4) above in order to send the item(s).

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges only for size, if available on the day of the return and after contacting the Customer Care Team) or be refunded on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. Please allow 14 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned/exchanged, other than for faulty items.

2.3 Changes to these Conditions

If ALISAHNE decides to change these Conditions, it will publish the changed Conditions on its website. You are advised to check on a regular basis if the Conditions have changed. Any changes do not apply to orders that were placed before the date of change. These Conditions were last changed on April 2018.

2.4 Disputes

2.5 Applicable Law

ALISAHNE operates under the Directive 2000/31/ΕΚ - The Electronic Commerce Directive as implemented in Greek legal justice system.
